Talks over Danzig and the Corridor broke down and months passed without diplomatic interaction between Germany and Poland. On 28 April 1939, Hitler unilaterally withdrew from both the German-Polish Non-Aggression Pact of 1934 and the London Naval Agreement of 1935. With tensions mounting, Germany turned to aggressive diplomacy.
